Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with our in-house software development teams to provide prompt and effective resolution to client issues related to our Clinical Trials Management Software.
• Conducting screen share meetings to facilitate clear communication and address any further clarifications required for specific issues or enhancements.
• We will give exposure and training in Manual Software Testing with every new version release, enhancing skill sets and opening doors to future opportunities.
• Operating in two shifts: afternoon (2 PM - 11 PM) and night (10 PM - 7 AM), with each shift lasting one month, offering flexibility and balance.
