Required Skills

Candidates with min 1+yrs of experience in Technical chat Support  experience on Web Hosting with Good communication skills

Technical Skills :

Web hosting , troubleshooting, LAN/VAN/MAN,System Configure, IP Configure,Windows,safe mode, control panel, device manager,internet settings

Roles and responsibilities :

• Diagnosed and resolved customer technical issues via phone and web Support included Lenovo, and Motorola devices

• Remained dedicated to customer calls, explained issues, provided answers to questions until customer had problem solved and a complete understanding of issue

• Monitored company performance against service level agreements and communicated any issues

• Utilized internal database frequently to ensure accuracy and expedite resolution organized and followed through with billing policy.

• Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems and other general account inquiries over the phone.
