Job Description for International Telesales Executive:
Position: International Telesales Executive
Experience: Minimum 1 year in auto spare parts sales
Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai
Responsibilities:
1. Engage with customers to understand their auto spare parts needs and provide suitable recommendations.
2. Maintain a deep knowledge of the products available, including their specifications, pricing, and compatibility with different vehicle models.
3. Assist customers in locating specific spare parts, both in-store and through catalog systems.
4. Handle inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
5. Actively participate in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing spare parts within the store.
6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
7. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitors' offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in auto spare parts sales.
2. Strong understanding of auto spare parts and their applications.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
5. Ability to work well in a team environment.
6. Basic computer skills for inventory management and sales tracking.
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: Minimum INR 25,000 to Maximum INR 35,000 (Depending on last drawn salary)
- 10% hike on previous salary
