Customer Support:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
• Providing assistance, troubleshooting, and resolving inquiries or issues related to products or services.

Communication:

• Communicating effectively and professionally with customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Ensuring a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.

Technical Support:

• Providing technical assistance for products or services, if applicable.
• Troubleshooting technical problems and providing solutions or escalation as needed.

Sales Support (if applicable):

• Assisting customers with product information, pricing, and sales inquiries.
• Upselling or cross-selling products or services to meet sales targets.

Documentation:

• Recording and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's database or CRM system.

Team Collaboration:

• Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer support and resolution of issues.

Skills and Qualifications:

Fluency in English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
