Job Title: International Voice Process Associate 

Job Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Shift Timings: Night Shift (8:00 pm to 5:00 am)

Salary:

• Fresher: up to 3.5 LPA
• Experienced: up to 5 LPA
• Incentives(10k to 30k per month)

Work Schedule:

• 5 Days Work Week
• 2 Days Off

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for the US process with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide excellent customer support by addressing queries, resolving issues, and delivering information clearly and concisely.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy in handling customer information and transactions.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards during customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolutions and meet targets.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of customer data at all times.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent (Graduates preferred).
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Language Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a neutral accent.
• Technical Proficiency: Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Work Authorization: Candidates Must be eligible to work in Bangalore currently.
