Job Title: International Voice Process Executive 

Location: Coimbatore 

Shift: Night shift

Job Description: We are currently seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our Coimbatore team as International Voice Process Executives at Spancore Technology. As an International Voice Process Executive, you will handle inbound and outbound calls from international clients, providing excellent customer service and support.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries, concerns, and requests
• Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, confirm appointments, or conduct surveys
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times
• Listen attentively to customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary
• Enter and update customer information accurately in the database
• Meet or exceed performance targets for call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with data protection regulations
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment preferred but not required
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or call center technology
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; higher education preferred
