Hiring for International Voice Customer Support / Freshers / Rotational Shift/Day Shift
The primary role of a customer support or technical support is to answer customer requests for assistance over the phone. This role is crucial to ensuring customer requirements are met in terms of communication, prioritizing and resolving incidents or requests.
Skills Required: • Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Good Knowledge of Operating Systems and MS Applications . Multitasking and coordination skills.
• Excellent judgement skills to be able to properly evaluate situations and immediately provide effective solutions.
• Willingness and ability to work in shifts (24 x 7).
