Job Description

  • Monitor companies that are held in the portfolio as well as others that are being actively researched – keep up with news flow, monitor schedules for earnings releases
  • Support Sales in all efforts to increase acquisition and retention among top clients.
  • Liaison between Sales, Product and Operations on all projects. 
  • This includes communicating project objectives and study design to Product and Operations teams, overseeing project fieldwork and project deliverables, team and client updates.
  • Evaluate potential investments through industry
  • Coordinates closely with the executive and development team over chat and email.
  • Recommends web site features based on Internet market surveying and research
  • Researches competing web sites and gathers and tabulates competitive information.
  • Handles web site email/chat correspondence/support/inquiries with potential clients or existing clients.
  • Develops business leads through online research and prioritizes/qualifies the leads based on predetermined criteria.
  • Initiates and follows up sales driven communications with leads using emailusing email
