A Wireless Network Technician must set up, monitor and upgrade wireless infrastructures, such as wireless controllers, network access control systems and guest user systems. Technicians must further maintain the wireless environment of an organization. They must offer level-three support for wireless issues reported by IT user services teams. Network Technicians must also collect data and feedback from clients regarding functionality.
