Title    : Internship in HR

Eligible for    :  BBA, MBA, Marketing and finance (Appearing & pass out)   

Internship Duration   : 30-180 Days (2-6 Hrs per Day)

Available  from                      : Work from home/ Office

INTERNSHIP PURPOSE

SIPL offers real learning platform for ( BBA, MBA Marketing and finance) an energetic, responsible intern to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of our daily routines and procedures. You will focus on learning how our organization runs.

INTERNS ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY

·         Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms

·         Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and Bank accounts

·         Screen resumes and application forms

·         Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates

·         Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, career pages and social networks

·         Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)

·         Participate in organizing company events

REQUIREMENTS

·         Good communication skills

·         Familiar with work on computer

·         Fully dedicated to learn
