Eligibility:

• Education for Technical Profile: Diploma, BCA, MCA, BSc, MSc. IT, B.Tech or M.Tech
• Education for Non-Technical Profile: Diploma, B.Com, BBA, M.Com or MBA.
• Skills for both profile: Good Written and Verbal Communication Skills and Analytical Skills

Java Developer:

• To work on Java, Spring (spring core, spring MVC, spring batch, spring security, Spring integration),Hibernate, JPA, application servers (Jboss, WebLogic),SQL & RDBMS (MySQL/Oracle/Postgres),No SQL (Mongo DB),Web-services (REST and SOAP).
• Frontend technologies like Javascript, JQuery, HTML5, CSS3.
• Having good knowledge of Eclipse, writing Junit test cases, working with Maven/Ant, GIT.
• Is familiar with profiling, code coverage, logging, common IDE’s.
• Understands software security practices including user authentication and authorization, data validation and an understanding of common DOS and SQL injection techniques. 
• In infrastructure (mutual TLS, certificate authentication, basic authentication, Unix/Linux, tomcat installation)

.Net Developer

• Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC))
• Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3/XML/Javascript
• Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Attention to detail

Liferay Developer:

• Research, design, and implement solutions for challenging problems by troubleshooting and enhancements.
• Participate in product/web design and planning.
• Maintain high levels of knowledge, skill, and competencies in web development for an extensive range of project types.
• Translate design requirements and specifications into successful implementations.
• Work in a team environment and share knowledge.
• Create external design documentation.
• Ensure that projects meet high standards for quality and adhere to best practices.
• Knowledge in technical solution architect and also in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Velocity, AJAX, XML and MySQL.

Salesforce Developer:

• Administration – Objects, Profile, Role, Sharing Setting, Layout, Workflow, Approval, Process Builder, Flow, Email Administration etc 
• Knowledge of CRM application– Sales Cloud, Service Cloud etc
• Import/Export The tool of SFDC – DataLoader
• Basic knowledge – Visualforce, Apex, Trigger, SOQL etc
• Oops Concepts

Business Development 

• Define campaigns/strategies for content marketing and execute them.
• Market research & data mining.
• Social media marketing for Inbound sales activities.
• Cold calling for Outbound sales activities 
• Create info-graphics marketing materials with help of a designer.
• Research on a different topic and write blogs, website content & other content.
• Handle & manage all social media accounts of the company.
• Must have very good verbal & writing skills

System Admin:

• Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter
• Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution
• Manage the configuration and operation of computer operating systems
• Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns
• Create and verify backups of data in regular interval 
• Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processes
• Install and test computer-related equipment

During the internship, interns will get a hand on experience of IT industry. Interns can add value to our organisation processes. Interns will also have a chance to turn this opportunity to full-time employment with AIMDek Technologies. Confirmation of employment will completely depend on candidate's performance in many different aspects.

Package for Technical Profile:

During Internship

• Length of Internship: 6 months
• Stipend: INR 7,000/- per month during the internship period.

Once student get confirm 

• Salary (CTC) : INR 250,000/-  to 300,000/- per annum. (Depend upon performance during the internship.

Package for Non-Technical Profile:

During Internship

• Length of Internship: till they complete their education. 
• Stipend: INR 5,000/- to 7,000/- per month during the internship period. (Depend upon interview)

Once student get confirm 

• Salary (CTC) : INR 150,000/- to 200,000/- per annum. (Depend upon performance during the internship.

Employment agreement including training duration: 2.5 Years. As a security deposit candidate have to submit the undated cheque of INR 70,000/-, which will be deposited if the candidates breach the bond.

• Round 3: Technical Interview (Those who are shortlisted in round 1 and 2)
• Round 4: Technical Interview  (Those who are shortlisted in round 3)
