Internship Training Programme In Analytical Instrumentation


This internship training is designed to equip the students with theoretical knowledge and hands on exposure in the fields of analytical instruments applicable in the research areas of Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Environmental Science etc. On successful completion of the period, an exam will be conducted and certificates will be issued.

Objectives of the programme are: A) To equip the Students with the theoretical aspects of different analytical methods such as spectroscopy, chromatography etc.

B) Impart training on procedures in handling sophisticated analytical instruments including GC-MS, HPC, ICP-AES, AAS, CHNS analyser etc

C) Training on data keeping and routine maintenance of analytical instruments.



Eligibility Criteria: Candidates with Post graduation in Science. Those who had completed the course within last 3 years will be given priority.

Duration : 3 months (Jan - March 2019)

Fees
: Rs. 10000/-

Selection Procedure:
  Selection to the programme will be based on post-graduation (PG) mark merit, written test and interview.
