Roles and ResponsibilitiesJob Title/Designation: Inventory Manager/Assistant Store Manager

Job Description :

Availability of the merchandise/grocery stock as per the plan.
Visibility of the merchandise as per the merchandising standards.
Must ensure products are beautifully arranged.
Control Damages and have some accounting/mathematics ability
Should be able to interact with customers and do sales if required.
Customer Service and new Product Discovery.
Must treat customers well.
Must have basic knowledge of grocery stores.
Plans inventory for different Event periods as per trends available.
Follow up with buyers/Merchandising team for stock outs and RTV.
Controlling Damages and Expiry.
To drive Food items sales through aggressive member service and display standards (60% of Club Sale).
Drive category wise Stock availability through regular checks of Gaps and proactively planning stock to meet seasonal requirements.
Must be responsible for tracking Purchase and planning of Grocery Items
Desired Candidate Profile Must be trustworthy and must be able to handle sensitive information.
Must be willing to learn business and communicate directly with owners
Must be capable to learn about grocery industry.
Potential to promote to Store Manager in Future.
Graduate in any field. 0 to 4 years Experience.
Preference will be given to women because someone trustworthy is required.Must know English, Hindi and be able to understand Kannada
