Organization Requirements:

Conducting research in order to support the company with information and ideas for new investments.
Analysis and interpretation of finance reports and other information as well as preparation of summaries.
Monitoring all investments and drawing conclusion of former investment to derive information for future investment plans.
Deal Execution Assistance:
Market Research and competitive analysis – both domestic and international .
Efficient in Financial Model for early and growth stage companies.
Deal Flow Generation:
Focus on bringing high quality start-ups to the network for investments In-depth research to track industry trends and newer investment segments on a global & local scale
Implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing and analyzing data requirements.
Create and build feedback loops to ensure a model of continuous improvement and value for both Investors and MASkills and Aptitude.
Entrepreneurial aptitude – with high ability to multi-task across assignments.
Strong propensity for data research and analysis and ability to conduct proper competitive analysis.
In-depth understanding of financial models, metrics, setup and statistics.
Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
Optional:
Strong understanding of term sheets, shareholder agreements and deal closure process.
Experience in negotiating investments, valuations and investment terms

Education and Experience.:

Experience: Approx. 1-2 years .
Degree in finance or business management .
Efficient in Financial Model.
Proficiency in Microsoft word, Excel and Power point
