We manage & transform the following major areas of the company: finance (we help them save cost, raise funds, conduct m&a transactions),sales (we devise sales strategies and implement it for them),customer (we improve their customer's experience),processes (we help them synchronize & align their processes with the company's objectives),and human resources (we help improve the productivity & morale of their resources) Both the founders of the firm are chartered accountants with varied experience in the above fields. We are sector agnostic.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Researching on the angel & venture capital investment space in India
2. Building an investor network by creating a database of the top individual angel investors, seed funds & venture capital funds in India
3. Cold-calling the investors to get insights on their investment psyche (i.e. what type of companies are they keen on investing, their preferences, ticket size, etc.)
4. Evaluating the start-up fundraising proposals received by the firm & presenting your point of view (POV) to the management
5. Assisting the management in pitching the fundraising proposals to the investors
6. Reporting to the management on the work done on a daily basis
