Job Description

We are looking for an IOS Developer who can develop our video platform app on iOS. You will be expected to build an easy-to-use, intuitive video platform for our users with the best user experience possible.

Responsibilities

Design and development of professional business applications for iOS platform
Design and develop our video app on iOS platform
Collaborate with Product & UX to define requirements and design
Collaborate with the engineering team on API requirements
Follow coding standards and best practices to make reusable code and components
Ensure the app is highly reliable and performant
Work on fixing bugs and improving application responsiveness, quality, and performance
Define processes and identify tools to achieve high standards of quality and delivery
Stay up to date on evolving mobile technologies
Ensure the application is compliant to the industries best security standards

Requirements

3 to 5 years of experience in iOS native mobile app development with a deep understanding of iOS architecture and framework
Hands-on experience in Swift is mandatory
Experience with iOS frameworks viz. Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics, and Core Text
Solid understanding of iOS UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
Familiar working with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries and API, cloud message APIs, and push notifications
Experience in building iOS applications with REST APIs, push notification, and cloud message APIs
Experience in developing video apps is an added bonus
Knowledgeable with performance tuning, threading, and offline storage
Knowledge of algorithms and good at problem-solving
