Monitor network Traffic related to usage of protocols

• Setting up Desktop & Laptop for new user as per company IT policies.
• Co-coordinating with Vendors for procurement of computer peripherals.

Installing and configuring computer systems.

• Installation, Troubleshooting & Maintenance of the Company’s IT Assets (Servers, Desktops, Laptops).
• Troubleshooting on email accounts of Outlook, Office365 and those Webmail.
• Setup security policies for users in Active directory.
• Quickly arrange repair for hardware in occasion of hardware failure
• Implementing Group policies in windows server for the use of the system and network maintaining system.
• Resolving the issue related DNS server, Active Directory.
• Server & PC Downtime Maintenance
