Managed asset tag allocation, printing, labeling and distribution across multiple locations in India.

 Maintained and updated asset records in the CMDB and internal databases in a timely and

accurate manner.

 Conducted comprehensive physical verification across the shop floor in 4 phased cycles throughout

the quarter, covering over 90,000+ IT assets and production Machines. This included Desktops,

Laptops, Server/Consol, Blade Server, Network Devices, Router, Bluetooth Scanner, Hand Held

Terminal, Docking station, kiosk, PLM PC, RFID, SD WAN, storage, security controller, Application

Load Balancer, Attendance Systems, Camera, UPS, Toughbook, VC TV, Tape Library MES Panel,

Firewall, Projector etc. and all types of Production Printer, along with major manufacturing

machines such as Molding Machines, Engine Testing Machine, Punching Plate Machine, PLC and

SCADA systems. Verified industrial robots (ABB, Fanuc, KUKA), MES systems, IoT sensors, CNC

machines, CMM machines, end-of-line testers, dynamometer systems, NVH analyzers and EV-

specific systems like battery testing tools, Laser-Welding automation and Motor Diagnostic

Machines. Also reviewed Digital Twin and simulation systems. Ensured that all assets were

accurately validated and complied with organizational standards.

 Managed the complete end-to-end asset lifecycle process, including coordination with OEMs for

material delivery, tracking shipments, performing GRN and in-warding activities, verifying materials

against invoices, updating and maintaining the asset database, creating asset tags and coordinating

the movement of assets from the store to the shop floor. Oversaw installation activities with OEM

teams and ensured proper documentation by collecting and maintaining installation and

commissioning reports. Also supported asset allocation and asset capitalization in line with the

Capex process.

 Handled IT clearance processes, including collection, verification and documentation.

 Assigned and managed laptop ID cards for employees.

 Utilized Asset Management Tools for asset updates, tracking and lifecycle management.
