Responsibilities-
Candidate requirement:-
IT Asset Management Skills,Well versed with the whole process of ITAM(Procurement till Disposal). Should have experience using tools to manage ITAM like BMC Remedy tool, HP tool etc. Excellent Communication required  
 
They should be graduates (In Any Stream)
Candidate should have basic knowledge in excel and knowledge in the IT equipment
Should have good communication skills
 
Job Description  :-
Removing current Barcode stickers and replace it with RFID barcode stickers.
Prepare reports on excel
Good communication skills to communicate with employees.
Should have knowledge or experience in (HAM/SAM) binding of hardware/software in application/system e.g.  HP Asset Center (any other AssetManagement tool).
Excellent communication skills especially in providing services to international customers. Handling NA customers in past would be an added advantage.
You will explore opportunities for utilizing unused software licenses to achieve full efficiency, follow the procedure defined in procedural documents.
Take proactive actions to improve customer experience, reduce risk, achieve savings and mature the ITAM program
Need to ensure all required information is documented into the ITAM repository and kept up-to-date, accurate, and auditable
Provide telephonic support to Amdocs internal users for IT Asset Management queries and related IT policies.
