Job Description

As an IT Business Analyst you are expected to do the following:
1.  Understand how your customer's business works.
2. Understand the business objectives and business processes of the business.
3. Understand the business rules of every business process of the business.
4. Understand the data that flows in each business process.
5. Understand business applications and how they are built.
6. Understand how to document and communicate all the above to your software development team
7.  Be part of the development of business applications.
8. Test business applications.
9.  Manage business processes.
10. Train customers in the use of business applications built by your team.
11.  Provide customer services for the business applications built.
