Responsibilities and Tasks
- B.S./B.B.A. in Information Systems, Business Management, Industrial Engineering or industry-related curriculum
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Salesforce Analyst/Admin
- Experience in CRM systems integration with large, complex third-party solutions
- Experience with Salesforce standard functionality and features (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud)
- Skilled in requirements analysis, business process understanding, technical solution design, data analysis and migration and integration
- Experience as a key team member on at least one large project and full implementation cycle
- Strong systems thinking and problem-solving capability
- Self-motivated and outcome oriented
- Capability to build strong rapport with customer groups
- Experience in collaborating with team members to drive results
- Ability to facilitate and drive decisions and clarification
- Ability to work independently with short deadlines
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)

Education:
- Serve as an internal consultant within Sales teams and partner organizations on Salesforce capabilities and operations execution best practices
- Partner with leadership to understand capability needs and to improve the overall efficiency of the teams
- Ensure delivery of quality solutions within our Salesforce environment
- Deliver large scale, high-value projects by leveraging an established delivery methodology
- Provide expert functional and process guidance on system capabilities and solution approaches
- Work within cross-functional teams (Operations areas, other SCRUM teams, Sales, PMO) to drive successful deployments
- Leverage metrics and performance data to understand opportunities for improvement
