We are looking for IT Business Development Executive with 2+ years of experience who will be responsible for generating and closing sales opportunities for the company's IT products and services. They will be the primary point of contact for prospective clients, and their main objective is to build strong customer relationships, understand client needs, and propose suitable IT solutions to meet those requirements.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
· Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target industries for business growth.
· Generate leads through various channels, such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
· Identify key decision-makers within prospect organizations and establish contact to introduce the company's IT solutions.

3. Sales Presentations and Proposals:
· Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
· Articulate the value propositions and benefits of the company's IT products and services.
4. Negotiation and Closing Deals:
· Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and agreements with clients to secure new business deals.
· Ensure that all contracts and agreements align with the company's policies and legal requirements.
5. Sales Reporting and Analysis:
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
· Provide regular sales reports and performance analysis to the business development team and management.
6. Collaboration:
· Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to align business development efforts with overall company strategies.
· Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide insights and contribute to product and service improvement.
7. Market Intelligence:
· Stay informed about industry trends, market competition, and emerging technologies related to IT products and services.
· Utilize market intelligence to identify potential areas for business growth and innovation.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
· Proven track record of successful IT business development experience, preferably in the technology industry.
· Strong understanding of IT products, services, and industry trends.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
· Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven mindset.
· Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
