Technical Support:

Provide technical assistance and training to users, troubleshoot problems, and act as the main point of contact for IT support issues. 

System Maintenance:

Install and configure hardware and software, monitor network and system performance, and perform routine maintenance tasks. 

Hardware and Software Management:

Oversee the installation, updates, and maintenance of hardware and software. This can also include managing software licenses and inventories. 

Security and Compliance:

Implement and manage security protocols, including firewalls, anti-virus solutions, and user permissions. They also manage data backups. 

Project and Vendor Management:

Assist in planning IT projects, researching and procuring new technology, and managing relationships with vendors. 

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain records of hardware, software, and licenses, and may create user manuals or guides.
