Roles and responsibilities

Installation and troubleshoot Microsoft OS Version and Microsoft Office Version and Authorized desktop Application.
Installation and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
Responsible for monitoring, operating, managing, troubleshooting and restoring to service any terminal service client, personal computers (PC) or notebooks that has authorized access to the network
Desktop Support up to Client Level including Hardware, Software and Networking Problems for Connectivity.
Configured and troubleshooting of various PC Hardware Components & Report for change request.
Configuration & Trouble shoot Outlook or other application required for email systems.
Installation & troubleshooting of Local and Network printer.
Any Documentation & Change request update in standardized format.
Vendor coordination

Knowledge and Skills required

Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems, chipsets, memory modules, and peripherals.
Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems.
Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology.
