12,00,000 - 13,00,000 Per Year Support data communications and customer integration for all Nalco Water 3D TRASAR Controllers, PLC solutions, and IoT equipment.
Ø Perform ‘hands-on’ network/cybersecurity/wireless assessment, design and implementation of simple and complex process automation.
Ø Clearly articulate the capabilities and requirements with the Nalco Water equipment in the customer’s Network as it relates to PLC, HMI/SCADA, plant historian, pump control, LAN, Wi-fi, etc… for a variety of technologies and applications.
Ø Write detailed documentation that includes the user needs, acceptable architectures, approved security methods, ‘registering’ information, common observed issues with remediation recommendations, or implementation requirements to integrate within a customer’s network and/or control system infrastructure.
Ø Provide technical sales support specific to industrial network services and solutions. Participate on customer conference calls to articulate capabilities, solutions, and security best practices.
Ø Provide technical education, seminars, webinars, etc…
Ø Ensure our solutions are standard, scalable, and leverageable across our diverse customer/industry landscape, as well as globally and via a diverse work force.
Ø Ability to accurately articulate the requirements and priorities of the Nalco Water Security Organization, Commercial Digital Solutions (CDS) team, Information Technology (IT) department, Marketing/Sales teams, and our customers.
