Desired Candidate Profile

1.     Should have worked on predictive Dialers like Vicidial/Asterix/Aspect.

2.     Aware of all compliance regulations-DOT/TRAI.

3.     Should have analytical and trouble shooting skills with respect to the Dialers and lead list management.

4.     Prior experience in outbound dialing strategies in telemarketing or collections campaign for USA.

5.     Should be ready to work in shifts

A) Thorough knowledge of Windows server AD and network equipment like switches and firewall L1 troubleshooting.

Should be able to do following daily routine work

6.     Service creation and provide the dial plan for the service.

7.     Creation of filters & assigning the proper filter.

8.     Allocation of the agent’s login resources.

9.     Resource group creation and E1 allocation.

10.  Configuration of the inbound number and assigned to particular service and   users.

11.  Co-ordinate with the Service providers for major problems related to dialer servers.

12.  Co-ordinate with respective service providers for issues regarding VOIP/PRI lines.

13.  Automating the manual process in Lead management using SQL Server 2000, MS Access and excel etc to achieve timelines.

14.  Lead Management:-Creation of tables for outbound dialing using SQL.

15.  Taking proper backup of all important data time to time SQL database.

16.  Cumulative End of Day reports for delivery to clients.

17. Configuration of multiple VOIP accounts on vicidial.
