Your Role and Responsibilities
As an Admin, you are responsible for Data Protection (Back-up & Recovery, BCP – DR, Storage Replication, Database Native Replications, Data Archival & Retention) for application workloads such as MS SQL, Exchange, Oracle, SAP, VMware, Hyper – V, azure, AWS Blumix etc.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Responsible to work with customer IT-DR for On-Prime/Off-Prime/Hybrid Infrastructure for the application
• Responsible to map DR-DRILL Manual RUN-BOOK into IBM Resiliency Orchestration solution (Sanovi DRM solution).
• Materials subject to maintenance include: LLD, HDL, Solution Design/Approach document, Technical Reports, PPTs, FAQs, White papers, etc
• Develop Operational (or) technical training contents in the form of PPT presentations,
• Demos and Webinars for the implementation landscape (customer environment).
• Training audience which include Internal/Channel Partners/Customers
• Engage with IBM Sales/Presales when required and provide subject matter expertise/demo’s and participates in sessions with Executive briefing with the customer. This involves briefing and discussion at Executive level. Along with key responsibility of implementing product on-site at customer place coordinating with customer/customers-vendors/partners.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in DR Solution and implementation
• Strong understanding of the Data Protection (Back-up & Recovery, BCP – DR, Storage Replication, Database Native Replications, Data Archival & Retention) for application workloads such as MS SQL, Exchange, Oracle, SAP, VMware, Hyper – V, azure, AWS Blumix etc.
• Extremely good hands-on experience with Standalone and Clustered UNIX(AIX/Solaris/HPUX/RHEL/etc.) and windows platform.
• TCL/Shell/Batch/PowerShell/Expect Scripts or similar scripting languages is must. Strong experience in using the conditional statement, loops, list item, get string & date manipulation etc. Should be able to write scripts to integrate with different technologies using CLI’s /API’s.
• Understand and strong knowledge of any Storage Replication technology with various DR Scenarios.
• Should be able to design/architect and build LLD, HLD, Implementation.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Certifications: Relevant Certifications in DR.
• Good to have OTM, AWS and Oracle Cloud services administration knowledge.
• Ability to ensure that all the data pertaining to the company and its clients is safeguarded against unauthorized or illegal use by implementing various methodologies against those who violate the security rules and regulations
• Proficient to maintain the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of the information and to maintain its authenticity, control and utility of the relevant data
• Experience in supporting all the necessary procedures related to security approval, accreditation, certification, etc.
• In-depth knowledge to implement a realistic approach during the certification schedule and process
• Hands-on experience to ensure compliance with vulnerability and mitigation procedures and to establish and install security fixes at regular intervals
• Languages: English, Hindi and Local Language TELUGU is preferred.
