Job Description
- Installing and configuring hardware and software systems
- Maintaining and repairing hardware and software systems
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Providing technical support to users
- Managing and monitoring network systems
- Ensuring security of network and data systems
- Maintaining documentation of hardware and software configurations
- Managing IT assets inventory
- Researching new technologies and proposing recommendations for improvement
- Conducting regular maintenance on IT equipment and systems
- In order to meet the computing needs of the end-users, work in close coordination with the application programmers to solve mainframe problems.
- Also, undertake the responsibility of writing scripts and batching files for enhancing the functioning of the operating system.
