IT Hardware Engineer

·       Knowledge about Laptops / Desktops / Printers both hardware and software

·        Knowledge about Servers and Virtual machines (Windows / Linux)

·        OS (Windows/IOS/Ubuntu)

·        Experience with managing Biometric machines and RFID

·        CCTV Knowledge, solution, implementation experience, and exposure to video analytics

·        Network Knowledge(Routers/ Switches /Firewalls/LAN/MPLS)

·        Vendor management (identification, follow-ups, negotiations, etc)

·        Asset management tracking and reporting

·        Office 365 - Email solution

·        Antivirus Management (McAfee)

·        Experience in leading and managing teams distributed in different locations

·        Coordinate with hosting partners

·        Exposure to cyber security assessments

·        Exposure to command center setup (video walls etc) would be an advantage

·        Exposure to working with cloud environments (Google Cloud Platform will be an advantage)

·        Good communication skills
