The Employer

Our client is a IT services firm providing Cloud and Enterprise Software Solutions.

The Job

You Will Be Responsible For

Responding quickly and escalating technical issues to the relevant parties when needed and following up till the issues are closed.
Ensuring all standards and procedures are followed and maintained.
Answering queries and resolving issue relating to usage of standard applications and IT services.
Contributing to the maintenance of manuals and documenting changes to procedures
Providing monthly help desk reports.
Assisting new employees with laptop set-up and maintaining performance of computer systems
Ensuring hardware and software are installed and updated in a timely manner

The Profile

You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
You have at least 2 years experience within a Helpdesk/Technical Support role.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You are familiar with MacOS and LINUX (Redhat, UBUNTU etc.) operating systems.
You possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
