We are looking for proficient IT HelpDesk_ JAMF.
Note: Candidate should be comfortable with either relocating to Gurgaon or Panchkula or WFH (6-month Contract)

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
This is a technical role that requires hands-on knowledge of User Management & Authentication (Active Directory & Single Sign-On i.e OKTA),2FA, Server & Desktop Operating Systems (Windows & MacOS),Cloud Enterprise Collaboration Tools (Google Admin and Office 365),Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure and Google Cloud Platform),Device Management Platforms (JAMF, Google Admin, Windows GPO),and familiarity with networking and wireless.

RESPONSIBILITIES
● Administers and maintains existing device management frameworks (JAMF, PDQ),integrations (OKTA),and identity management solutions (AD).
● Reviews and applies security patching best practices & performs proactive performance monitoring and tuning
● Manage the entire lifecycle of systems (i.e. Apple Mac OS/iOS, Windows)
● Supports Gmail configuration and mailbox management including email routing, spam filtering, and forensics
● Ability to work collaboratively and quickly shift focus in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
● Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Windows OS, Mac OS, Chrome OS, Active Directory, Google Admin, Okta, Workday, Jamf, AWS, Azure, and other SaaS enterprise cloud-based services
● Serve as point of escalation from level 1 for systems troubleshooting
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates should have most, if not all, of the following:
● Very strong understating of macOS and Windows operating systems
● 2 years or more using the JAMF suite on an engineering level (e.g. scripting, automation)
● 2 years or more using the GSuite on an administrator-level
● Experience with a firm understanding of OKTA, Active Directory, LDAP and SSO
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● 5 years or more working a senior technical role in an Apple environment
