Purpose of the job
 In the role of IAM Security Specialist, you will have a good understanding in Identity Governance and Access solutions and concepts around identity and identity governance.
 Effectively liaise with other teams in information security & risk management, infrastructure & architecture management as well as business functions.
 Contribute to the development of overall technical strategies, designs, standards and procedures that support business strategies.
 To understand the technical infrastructure problems, challenges and complexities that exist within each stream or area of program.
 Ensuring adherence to appropriate standards of technical best practice.
 Provide Quality and Technical Assurance on technical work packages.
Desired skills:
 You must have 2-6 years’ experience within the IAM field.
 Experience in management of Identity Access Management solutions like Azure AD, Ping Federate, Okta, Sailpoint, Savyint etc.
 Experience on provisioning and federated access to Cloud/SaaS applications, hands on experience on EmpowerID is highly desirable.
 In-depth knowledge in Modern Authentication concepts such as Single-Sign-On (SSO), Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC),MFA
 Understanding of Identity Domain utilizing protocols such as System for Cross-Domain Identity Management (SCIM), LightWeight Directory Access (LDAP).
 Experience in working with RESTful API .
 Scripting language Knowledge such as Powershell/Python scripting is an added advantage.
 Basic knowledge on CI/CD Pipeline.
 Experience on application Migration in IAM domain is an added advantage.
 Experience in the IAM space, managing & implementing Enterprise scale/high volume IAM platforms.
 Familiar with Privileged Access Management/ Privileged Identity Management.
 Relevant security certifications will be an added advantage but not mandatory.
 Excellent written, oral communication and reporting skills.
 Strong presentation skills with an excellent standard of English
 Strong problem solving and analytical skills with a troubleshooting mind-set.
