Experience Range :- 7 to 14 Years

Position Description

• Triage Infrastructure Life cycle (IML) management of AutoSys applicationsand agents on On-PREM, Virtual and AWS/Azure cloud environment

• IML - Install/Upgrade/Configure, Administrate, Manage, Qualify and retire.
• Operations - Schedule/Handle jobs and incidents/alerts, Troubleshoot, Remediate, Monitor, Access, Security, Project and Audit management.

• Support IT Service Management Procedures (Asset, Change, Incident, Knowledge, Problem and Service Request).
• Perform periodic (Health, Metrics, Performance and change) review, Disaster recovery and business/service continuity management
• SupportBroadcom AutoSys Workload Automation
• Install and configure Linux or Oracle Database applications and other OS operations for AutoSys agent
• Partner with other teams for needs including business users, job developers, OS/Database platform teams, Engineering, ITRMS, and vendors
• Respond to automatically and manually created incidents for scheduled jobs
