JOB DESCRIPTION
· Managing a team of System Admins with different rosters shifts
· Ensure 100% uptime of the Call Center
· Designing the Call Flow with intelligent routing and implement it for both Inbound & Outbound call management
· Conduct the regular audits to ensure that all the Servers are in line with the departmental policies.
· Dialer Management & Lead Management on different campaigns
· Effective incident management process & drive closer to the solutions for L3 level escalations to ensure no escalations.
· Configuration and modification in GSM Gateways & Dialers.
· Running search, insert and update Query on SQL as per the operational requirement.
· Amending campaigns and policies and maintaining.
· Adding Licenses whenever there are any addition.
· Daily backup of Database & Voice Recordings and storing it on share location.
