Responsibilities:
1. Handling End to End recruitment
2. Major responsibility in gathering and understanding the requirement from different business client and responsible for a closing the position within a given time.
3. Experience in Contract Staffing, Contract to Hire C2H, & Permanent staffing.
4. Experience in Sourcing profiles through different channels like job portals (Naukri & Monster, Linkedin Etc),
5. Scheduling a interview
6. Frequent follow up with the candidate till Onboarding.
7. Preparation of daily, weekly & monthly report relating to interviews and other activities.
8. Working with Senior Management team to understand the requirement.
9. Taking Responsibility like communication with the candidate till the candidate join.
