Job Description

• 0.6-1.5yrs years of IT Recruitment Experience
• Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow-up till the candidate joins.
• Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through an in-house database, using job portals, employee referrals.
• Should have experience of the various selection processes and must be able to coordinate interviews through various modes.
• Short-listing the candidates based on the requirement and Conducting thorough pre-screening and assessment of potential candidates on their ability and competencies to fit the work environment.
• Knowledge in end-to-end recruitment life cycle, understanding requirements, posting jobs, Sourcing, Scheduling, Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High energy levels and a positive attitude.
• Proactive and self-driven.
• Strong personal ethics and a high level of commitment
