Job Description :Handle End to End RecruitmentUnderstand the Job / Position / Skill Set required by clientSourcing profiles according to client requirements, Focus on sourcing quality resumes through head hunting, Job Portals and Networking Sites.Screening, shortlisting, Scheduling interview, follow up until closure and Vendor managementManage the entire recruiting process and act as a candidate / hiring manager advocate.Interview Co-ordinationNegotiate offers, prepare offer letter requests, and follow up to ensure success in closing candidatesFollowing up with the candidates till they join the client place, Closing positions in given time.Create and own a flawlessly positive candidate experienceSkills Required :Hands-on experience in recruiting for technical positionsShould be able to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.Efficiently manage Recruitment process and actively involved in each phase of it.Strong negotiation and convincing skills.Self - Motivated and go getter.Contract Staffing Experience is mandatoryMS Office- including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.Excellent communication skills.
