WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Candidate Management  
  • Sourcing and screening candidates’ resumes and job applications.
  • Regular follow ups with the scheduled and offered candidates (for acceptance, date of joining) – end to end candidate engagement.
  • Team Management
  • Development and implementation of recruiting strategies and processes.
  • Prepare the priority list of requirements.
  • Ensure smooth flow of quality resumes at the right time for all requirements.
  • Lead the team and contribute individually in developing recruiting specifications with line managers, including facilitating recruiting strategy, managing data integrity, and ensuring candidate care.
  • Manage and oversee team of recruiters, including handling performance improvement, increasing productivity, reviews, training and coaching.
  • Create a culture of inspiration, empowerment and inclusion.
  • Client Management  
  • Front ending existing clients and new clients
  • Daily updates from  technical team/ hiring manager on requirements.
  • Guide hiring managers and other key stakeholders on candidate sourcing, recruitment channels and market conditions.
  • Escalation management.
  • Timely report generation of respective territories
QUALIFICATION:
  • Postgraduate (Any specialization) preferred.
  • 2 - 5 years' team lead/ relevant  experience.
