Job description -

- End to end recruitment.

- Good English communication.

- Knowledge/experience of the Boolean search.

- Good in writing communication skills.

- Basics computer knowledge (MS Excel, word, Powerpoint)

Responsibilities:

Create and implement a recruitment strategy

Source, attract, and screen candidates based on a well-detailed strategy

Collaborate with staff members or clients to understand what is required for specific technical roles

Conduct interviews using a variety of different methods

Create a shortlist of candidates

Write and post job descriptions for websites

Create new leads for clients through a network of contacts

Consult with clients about hiring strategies

Alter recruitment strategy when needed

Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends
