Job Description:

Responsible for end to end recruitment
Screening of candidates to check their interest and fitment.
Sourcing profiles based on the required skill through various job sites like Naukri, Monster and other sources such as Linkedin, Reference, professional networking sites, company database etc.
Scheduling interviews with short listed candidates.
Follow-ups with candidates for status.
Preparing Job Descriptions.
Delivering numbers as per the Requirement
taking 1st round of HR interview and keep in contact till the final selection of the candidate
Preparing documentation of the employees
Managing documents file of each employee in the company
Taking daily attendance of each employee and preparing attendance report in every month end
Leave approval of the employee and Managing leave data of each employee
Planning and executing festival celebration in the company for the employee engagement
Planning and executing different activity in the company for employee motivation
Managing employee data in Excel sheet
