Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent for various IT positions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job specifications.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate information and recruitment metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and the recruitment process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
