Communicating with HR teams of different organisations and tapping into their latest technical requirements.
Developing job descriptions and requirements based on the job openings and posting them on relevant platforms to attract candidates
Searching, scrutinizing. screening and selecting candidates from various sources like social media, inhouse database, external online and offline sources, forwarding them to the clients and following up with the clients for updates
Conducting interviews, accessing applicant viability for a position in terms of knowledge and experience, and matching them with current positions
Keeping abreast of latest job opening in different organisations
Handling existing clients and their current job openings
Designing and implementing new recruitment strategies
