IT Recruiter

Job Description:-

o  4-5 closure with the individuals End-to-End Recruitment life cycle.
o Sourcing, Pre-Screening, Scheduling Telecons, face to face discussions, Follow-ups, negotiating compensation packages.
o  Handling In-House and Client requirements.
o  Finding & sourcing prospective candidates through Job portals, Employee referrals, social networking sites, LinkedIn, and internal databases and then contacting them via telephone, and e-mail.
o  Excellent communication skills.o Working experience with clients required skills.
