2)Source candidates using multiple sourcing channels including internal databases, job boards, head-hunting and networking
3)Engage candidates for strategically positioning job opportunities and client organizations.
4)Understanding candidates' profiles to evaluate role fitment ( Screening & Shortlisting ).
5)Build and strengthen candidate relationships to be able to network and headhunt passive job seekers.
6)Manage scheduling interviews and coordination related activities in the entire recruitment process.
7)Build and strengthen client relationships to be able to streamline and improve service delivery.
8)Take ownership for the end-to-end recruitment life cycle.
9)Format Resumes Meeting Client Expectations research New Technologies.
Required Experience:
Should have 0 - 2 Years of experience in recruitment in corporate or consulting firms.
