Desired Candidate

• Good understanding of technologies
• Experience in direct sourcing and recruitment in an internal IT recruitment team or consultancy

·         Must have effective sourcing techniques, good closing skills, proven ability to recruit in niche skill sets with a high submittal-to-hire ratio for full-time positions.

• Ensure detailed screening and selection criteria to identify top talent per JD and skillsets
• Expertise in sourcing through social media channels and other innovative sourcing channels
• Excellent candidate management / engagement/relationship management skills from sourcing of CV till the joining phase
• Provide new methods and approaches for sourcing candidates and generating new leads
• Utilize innovative and effective convincing / negotiation skills to attract top talent.
• Build expertise in the domain knowledge per the client requirement, and be the go-to person for the team for any consultation on the JDs, skills set, and other aspects.
• Guide and motivate team members on a daily basis, answer their queries on search strings, understand their problem areas proactively and provide appropriate suggestions at the start of the day.

·         Monitor & provide performance feedback to the team on a regular basis, on their productivity, accuracy & turnaround time in submitting CV’s.

• Update status of Candidates on Applicant Tracking System (ATS) regularly
• Consultative and approachable a personality who is passionate about recruiting
• Ambitious and self-motivated to achieve agreed targets
• Careful attention to detail and ability to prioritize competing demands. 
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines 
• Good interpersonal skills and instincts to understand teams’ capabilities and guide them appropriately
• Good communication skills - oral and written

Job Description

• Sourcing candidates using Job portals, social media etc.
• Assessing the candidates as per the job requirement
• Lining up of candidates for Interview
• Follow up on the interview status and managing candidate pipeline
• Managing the online job postings, social media presence etc.
• Mentoring and supervising junior team members
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by the business/Team.
• Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports
• Meet weekly/monthly/quarterly goals as set by the business team

Note: Hyderabad and Chennai candidates must have their own laptop and connectivity. Bangalore candidates must have their own laptop till they resume working from the office.
