We are dynamic Big Data startup looking for freshers with excellent communication skills for our Amaravati(AP) office. English Fluency compulsory.

• Handling complete life cycle of recruitment process from sourcing, initial screening, resume analysis, interview process and co-ordination with candidates they join the company
• Locating potential candidates through various jobs portals and social media sites such as Naukri, Monster, Linkedin etc.
• Short-listing the resumes based on specific criteria, skills, and relevant experience.
• Scheduling and conducting Preliminary Round Interview of Candidates (Telephonic/face to face)
• Create and manage database of all candidates with details
• Preparing the daily, weekly and open position trackers
• Maintaining track record for the submissions, Selections & Joiners
