Recruiter Job Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Receiving requests from the Human Resources Department for new job availability.
2. Creating job postings and publish them on online Free & Paid sites like Naukri.com, Indeed, LinkedIn & Social Networking sites etc.
3. Advertising job availability through online channels and other media channels.
4. Browsing social networking sites like LinkedIn for suitable job profiles with required skills
5. Screen resumes and job applications from various Job Sites and Judging applicants based on knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics.
6. Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
7. Interviewing potential job candidates
8. Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
9. Good Communication skills
Note: For Freshers, necessary Training can be provided from Recruitment and Technical Experts.
