Experience : 1-4 Yrs

Qualification : Any Graduate with good communication Skills

Notice Period : 0 - 10 Days

Skills Required :

The resource should have good experience in IT Recruitment life-cycle.
Should have a proven track record of successfully and consistently closing Contract and FTE positions at various levels.
Should have experience in handling high-end client accounts
Should have upgraded skills and work experience in handling Niche technologies.
Should have excellent experience in working on Job portals and Social Sites.
Should be ready to work as an Individual Contributor and successfully contribute to team's targets.
Must have good understanding and analyzing skills on clients' at different levels.
Good experience in monitoring/handling the Client requirements on a regular basis.
Must have ability to handle pressure and work as per assigned target.
Should be prompt with daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly reports and be able to justify their contribution with the reporting head/management.
Update and monitor the trackers on daily job postings, submissions, interview status, joining status.
Excellent writing and speaking skills on Corporate English along with pleasant email etiquette.
Must be incentive driven and a great value-addition for the team and company.
Should have the hunger and passion to grow up the career ladder.
