We are looking for a Technical Recruiter/ Resource Manager / Sourcing Specialist  for Mumbai Location Profile  responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing Trainers for various Technical Training  Requirements . You will also network online and offline with potential trainers to build a strong tech talent pipeline which will  help us to carter our Client  future  training requirements Responsibilities• Source Training expert  for requested technology • Parse specialized skills and  training experience  to screen trainer resumes• Perform pre-screening calls to analyse Trainer  abilities• Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. communication skills  , technical interview  and behavioural questions)• Coordinate with Account Managers and Technical team  to understand Client requirements• Craft and send requirement  emails to the trainers/ professionals• Sharing our company  terms and condition with Trainers • Rate Negotiation  with the trainers on final closure • Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and productsRequirements• Proven work experience  as a Technical Recruiter or IT Sourcing Specialist   • Hands-on experience with various screening  formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured)• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain IT Training Requirements• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
