Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

·        End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing, to onboarding.

·        Talent Acquisition: Source and attract top IT talent through various channels (e.g., job portals, social media, employee referrals).

·        Client Management: Liaise with clients to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with recruitment strategies.

·        Interview Coordination: Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for technical assessments.

·        Offer Negotiation: Handle salary negotiations, offer letters, and closing candidates.

·        Market Research: Stay updated with market trends in the IT sector to identify talent pools and innovative hiring strategies.

·        Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

·        Database Management: Maintain and update the recruitment database and candidate pipelines.

·        Performance Metrics: Achieve hiring targets and KPIs set by the organization.
